Positions We’re Hiring For:

Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Help children with autism develop skills through individualized programs and hands-on support. Full paid training is provided.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Lead and supervise ABA programs while mentoring BTs. Collaborate with families to ensure outcomes for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A commitment to the families.

    • We are looking for team members who can commit for the long term. Our children make progress when we consistently show up. This gig probably isn’t for you if you’re looking for a short-term commitment.

  • Afternoon availability

    • Most of our sessions start in the afternoon (2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.). You’ll begin with an afternoon case, and mid-day and morning cases will be added as you progress and clients become available.

  • Reliability, empathy, and a drive to make a difference.

    • We monitor and provide weekly feedback on four key areas that are vital to our children’s success and, in turn, your success: attendance, clinical fidelity, learning opportunities per session, and daily administrative tasks.

Openings

Behavior Technician

The behavior technician positions involve delivering in-home ABA services within the Inland Empire area. We're looking for individuals with strong skills in applied behavior analysis who possess experience or a strong interest in working with individuals dealing with autism and related developmental disabilities. Moreover, we offer our team in-person BCBA supervision.

The responsibilities of Behavior Technicians encompass various tasks, including:

  • Implementing function-based behavior plans

  • Implementing PRT

  • Implementing BST

  • Employing intensive ABA teaching methods

  • Providing community-based instruction

  • Teaching functional life skills

  • Offering services in homes, communities, or school settings. The role may also involve physical activities like lifting, kneeling, and bending.

Your Qualities:

  • Willingness to conduct therapy sessions at the patient's residence, school, or community setting.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

  • 1-year experience providing direct support in the human services field is preferred.

  • Minimum age of 18 years.

  • Ability to assist patients and lift up to 30 pounds.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Valid US Work authorization.

  • Driver’s license

Travel:

The Behavior Technician role involves fieldwork and frequent travel within the designated region to various clients. The ideal candidate should have a dependable mode of transportation. Our cases are primarily in the Inland Empire region, including Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Pay increases for individuals who currently have their active RBT certification. Pay increase for working evenings.

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week

EXPECTED AVAILABILITY:
Full-time and Part-time employees eligible

  • Standard hours of operation are weekdays in-home, in the community, and in-schools between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM in the Inland Empire, with potential weekends.
