At Ascent ABA, we support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) with continuous training, feedback, and career development. To maintain high clinical standards, we assess their effectiveness in four key areas:

• Session attendance

• Learning opportunities provided

• Clinical performance assessments

• Timely completion of insurance documentation

BTs receive weekly feedback to ensure they deliver high-quality, impactful sessions. Our BTs bring expertise and compassion, making each session impactful.
